| 1) You've got to make sure your nutrition is spot on. You need to put down the soda's and start drinking water and a lot of it. They say that you need 8 cups of water a day, but when you are training to learn how to jump higher in basketball, you need to keep yourself hydrated just like our troops in Iraq. I personally like to get the Gatorade powder and mix up 12 cups a Gatorade every morning and take it with me throughout the day. Give it a shot and you will see, it helps a lot! 2) You got to start training and using the proper technique to jump for height and maximum distance. The best training in my opinion is The Jump Manual. They give you a probably the most comprehensive list of exercises that you can imagine using. But beyond that, it's about the only program out there that has a lot of science behind it. Once you get those two things put together for you, you should be able to greatly improve your vertical jump without much of an issues at all. Check out what this guy did! withYou Thecan Jumpsee Manual:that it's really not too complicated to learn how to jumper higher in basketball. You just need to keep getting water in, using the right techniques, practice and it grab some rim! GETGet air IT!with | |
